His experience extends over a broad range of commodities including iron ore, diamonds, base metals, coal, uranium and industrial minerals both in Australia and internationally. Currently a Chairman of Iron Ore Holdings Ltd and Non-Executive Director of a number of ASX listed resource companies. |

Peter Gazzard, Technical Director

Peter Gazzard has 30 years experience in the mineral sands industry in WA. He has been responsible for interpreting mineralogical data, predicting product quality and designing mining and processing plant to suit individual orebody characteristics. He has also implemented two mineral sands mine start-ups, one at Eneabba and one in the Southwest of WA and managed mineral sands mines, separation plants and synthetic rutile plants. Previously held technical and managerial roles with leading industry organisations including Iluka Resources. |

Keith Vuleta, Non-Executive Director

Keith Vuleta trained with Ernst & Young and has been a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years. He has held positions as Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for public companies in the mining, engineering and financial services industries. He has extensive experience in senior financial management in the mining, construction, and engineering industries. He is principally experienced in areas of finance, system policies and controls, financial reporting, risk management and compliance. Currently a Chief Financial Officer for Stirling Resources. |

Nathan Wong has extensive experience in the mineral sands value chain in China, at both a technical and commercial level. He is a Director of Tricoastal Minerals (Holdings) Limited which manages one of the largest mineral separation capacities together with a comprehensive sales and marketing network throughout China. He brings additional depth of processing and marketing expertise on the Board. |

She has served as Company Secretary for ASX listed resource companies for some considerable time together with 5 years at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and also a period in the United Kingdom with resource groups. |

Stephen Quinn, General Manager - Operations

Steve Quinn has worked as an engineer in the uranium, coal and mineral sands industries. He has 20 years experience in operations and management roles in the mineral sands industry in Australia, the USA and Africa. He has also been responsible for resource determination, whole of life planning, mine start ups, mining operations and the rehabilitation and closure of multiple sites. Previously held technical and managerial roles with leading industry organizations, including Iluka Resources. |
