Matilda Zircon Limited is an ASX-listed resource company (ASX: MZI) focused on the development of mineral sands operations to feed zircon and titanium minerals into the expanding Chinese market.

Matilda has a mine in the Lethbridge Bay area in the Tiwi Islands in the Northern Territory.

In addition Matilda has an advanced project at Keysbrook south of Perth in Western Australia.  The eight year Keysbrook mineral sands project has received Environmental approval from the Western Australian Minister for Environment and is currently seeking Development Approval from the State Administrative Tribunal of the WA Planning Department.  Matilda plans to start construction of the Keysbrook Mine in 2012.

Matilda has a zircon processing plant at Sampit in Kalimantan in Indonesia.  This is currently on Care and Maintenance while Matilda concentrates on its Australian projects.
